Organic: All fruit is organically grown in our estate vineyard.

The grapes were harvested in September and co-fermented. The wine was barrel aged in French oak (Treuil/Ailler forest) to provide a subtle hint of vanilla, toast, and cloves. The wine is complex yet moderate in alcohol. Semillon is a white wine that ages well and will give many years of drinking pleasure. Drink now or cellar for several years and you will be rewarded.
